With an independent address, there is no "c/o" in the address, and your company communications will be addressed to our mailbox. In this case, no declaration of domicile acceptance is required.

The minimum term for a company domicile with us is one year, and the amount payable is due in advance. There is no refund if a company domicile is closed during the year.
(We can offer a tax domicile to private individuals with a main residence abroad and real estate in Switzerland for CHF 150 per annum.)
